At HealthGuardLab, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order within the first 30 days, please contact us at info@healthguardlab.com. If we are unable to resolve your concern, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the sample has not been submitted for testing.

Returns & Refunds

• If your order qualifies for a refund, we will process it within 5 business days after approval. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• If you have not received your refund after processing, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
